Mercedes S65 on 360 Forged Mesh 10 Photoshoot

Just got the word from William Stern (photographer that is the author of many photographs on this portal) and he just got a new photoshoot done! This time it’s a silver Mercedes-Benz S65 on 360 Forged Mesh 10 wheels. The luxury limousine really is brought up by the new wheels from 360 Forged and the photos are once again, pretty amazing!

The silver Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG really is a remarkable piece of engineering and design and we can probably say that any company executive, basketball player or a movie star will have no problem showing up in one of these cars.

This photoshoot is pretty amazing in one thing. The car is really taken into different locations in Miami, where the true design and beauty of this car was highlighted and brought up in the photographs. We can certainly say that some of us would love to own such a magnificent car. Combined with the cool wheels that 360 Forged put up on this car, it would make every petrolhead want it …

Thank you all for the great comments. I must admit… this had to be one of my most favorite cars that I’ve ever shot. The lines/curves of this bad boy made it very easy for me. It didn’t matter where I set the car up, it always looked great.

This shoot was taken with my Nikon D300, and 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. In some of the photos I did use lighting which consist of 2 SB-800, and 1 SB-600. For the others I just let the natural lighting work it’s magic.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask.

Great work as usual, but I have one question. It’s about the second photograph from the bottom (the Mercedes car on the driveway to a building) was there much Photoshop invloved, or did you pull this kind of awesome picture, with this nice contrast just by the scene and the ambiental light?

This is quickly becoming my fauvorite car website, these kind of stuff is what people really like, not that news about the facelift of VW Polo 1.2 or news like that. We want nice pictures, pictures of supercars, cool stuff like the driving music you present, results from F1, WRC, WTCC and simillar competitions. That’s what we like! And the photographs are just awesome here, keep up the good work …

@Michael, the truth… that was a very, and I mean very quick edit for me. All I had to do is push one button in LightRoom 2 to give me that effect. After that nothing was touched. Of course it was a preset I made a while back.

Thats great work, when you get to the level when it’s all done automatically it’s obvious that you have advanced much from the begginers position a while back … :)

As the author kindly suggested, we have added one more photograph to the article at the first place in it, we consider this one awesome photograph and must complement the author for this kind of nice work :)

    @Michael,

I wish it was always like that, but it’s not. lol I just got lucky with that one photo. I still have a ways to go to be where I want to be with my work. I feel that my work is some what above average, but not great. I push myself very hard everyday to learn more about the profession I’m in. I spend hours, and hours studying the work of others, and put in tons of practice. I’m self taught, and it’s not easy. One day, I truly know I’ll be happy with my work.

  • http://www.mycarportal.net Michael W. Rush

Didn’t mean to insult you or anything with that comment :( . I meant that it’s nice to get to a level, where some things are common, and you know that you have to do them. And in my opinion, the self taught man is somewhat better than the one that got all the books, practice, schools and everything that goes with that.

A man who learns something that he loves on his own, will always prosper and advance to another great level. In my laiman terms, these are trully great photos, the kind i like to look at when i think cars in my mind here. The lighting is great, the positioning is great, the cars selected are an obvious choice for good car photography, and it all comes to a whole in which all of the knowledge you have comes to life in an awesome photograph.

And sorry, I don’t really use awesome a lot, but in this case it presents itself as a word which will best describe these photographs on this article ;)

  • The Photographer

Lol, I didn’t take it as an insult in any way.

  • http://www.mycarportal.net Michael W. Rush

Thats good then ;) You’re from the US I presume here? A lot of your work envolves around Miami as I can see, it’s a nice surrounding for photography.

  • http://www.msn.com Karelyev

Nice photos … really nice car

  • AMGFan

When is the wallpaper coming? I’m ready to put this on my desktop as soon as possible :)

It will be ready some time later this day, so don’t worry, just keep your pants on for a while ;)
