The BMW has released a few photos on their facebook page, containing the teaser photos of the upcoming BMW X1 series. There are four photos which show some of the details of the car. Unfortunately we cannot see the whole car on these images. We think that this teaser is just the preview of whats to come next, and that’s the whole photography set of the new car. Meanwhile, enjoy the photos, thanks to the BMW facebook page.

The details about the car should be released soon, the motor unit should be announced as with some of the options that will be available to potential customers. We don’t know any technical specifications today and we will post them here soon as they are officially released by BMW to the press and available to us here.

Well I do like the car, and there is a market for it, but what will the customers say, that’s a whole different idea.

I dunno … it doesn’t appeal to me in any way really, I must see it live to give a better opinion.

I must agree, somehow there are too many models in the BMW production line, there is no market for that kind of cars. If you look at it, the X1 will be a shade under X3 models, and the X3 will be a shade under the X5 models, so what’s the point? Get 10-15k more and buy the bigger car, if you really need an SUV for your driving needs.

I don’t know about this car, it looks nice, and I’m sure that BMW development guys know what are they doing but it doesn’t get to me the way that other BMW cars do anyway.
