Top Gear Australia: Nissan GT-R Tested Without The Speed Limiter

The chaps over at Top Gear Australia previously did a test run of the Japanese imported Nissan GT-R which done 1:09 time on their track. Keep in mind that this car had 180km/h speed limiter for the domestic Japanese market. The guys over at the Top Gear Australia thought, that the Australian GT-R minus the speed limiter, would do a better job. And they were right! Even though their track isn’t the Nürburgring the unlimited speed of the GT-R made a big difference, even on a short track like that. Here is the video from the episode, thanks to the guys over at the GTRBlog.com.
