Tommy Kaira Nissan GTR revealed at the Tokio Motor Show

Looks like it’s Nissan week here on our site, considering the quantity of Nissan related articles here. After the two amazing photoshoots, one of the Black Nissan GTR by 360 Forged Wheels and Billet design, and the awesome White Nissan GTR Warehouse photoshoot, we have some more great news for all the Godzilla fans out there! After some leaks and photos released over the past few weeks about Tomo Kaira Nissan GTR, we finally have the official reveal at the Tokio Motor Show this week. A well known Japanese modifications expert, made this amazing car even more breathtaking and aggressive than the factory model.

As anyone could of guessed, the Japan’s equivalent of the SEMA was packed with performance and visual modifications for the Nissan GTR. The long awaited Ebbrezza-R sports package with styling and performance upgrades from Tomo Kaira was one of them. The overall look of the package is purely aggressive and beefy in every way. With the new front and rear bumper, now sporting a front lip and a year diffuser, widened bumpers that house the bigger wheels, the car is simply an object of pure indulgency for any tuning fan out there.

Tommy Kaira’s package also includes a new set of 20-inch multispoke alloy wheel wrapped in Pirelli P-Zero tires size 255/40 ZR20 in the front and 285/35 ZR20 at the back. This is the only part that we don’t like that much. It just isn’t as agressive as everything else, so it doesn’t add that much to the overall appearance. They sure look bigger, but we would like to see something more classical in the terms of Japanese tuning, something with flattened spokes or maybe a different color of the wheels. But nevermind, this is just our opinion which sometimes is asking for too much detail in every way.

As you’ve would of guessed from the photographs, the detail got some work put into it. Unlike some other websites that have published news about this awesome modification, we tend to agree with the ones who like the choice of the interrior design. Somehow red works best in cars like this, with leather inserts on the seats covered in fabric, which is a much better idea for a racing car. There isn’t that much after that, what should be made different in the car like this anyway.

And yeah, we said there are some performance upgrades. But we don’t find them as closely interesting to the modifications done to the outside of the car, but there are some. The new titanium exhaust is mounted, giving the engine some more room to breathe when deplyoing that much power. New brakes are mounted, to help the car stop better. And there is also a suspension upgrade, of which we don’t have too much information, except it’s said to give the car better performance. Go figure … but anyway, we enjoyed looking at these photos. Hopefully other tuning specialists will follow the same, so we can get even more tastefull and agressive cars like this. And yeah, some were wondering, so we must answer the question. The color is called “Silver Wolf Edition” if we got that correctly now.

I tend to agree with you, the only thing I would change are the wheels on this modified car really.

Awesome body kit and upgrade for this car! I would love to see it live, just to make sure it looks good as it is here on the photos …

As I’ve commented on the Gray Nissan GTR photoshoot, I must say here also, this color really fits the car nicely, and it shows it’s aggressive side quite forward. This body kit only adds to the overall power and style look that these cars have.
