Peugeot RCZ THP200 By Wimmer Fotografie
Wimmer Fotografie was kind enough to showcase their latest photoshoot to our readers. They’ve been out at Nürnberg shooting a Peugeot RCZ THP200 whic I myself consider a brilliant little car, but which is also little known to the North American readers.
Shoot was held at historic Zeppenlinfeld, a place notorious for the million-man-rallies held by German Nazi’s back in the 1930′s, but also an excellent historic place for an automotive shoot. Even though most of the location was (unfortunately) closed up for automobile access, we still got a few shots of the car and the historic landmark in the scenery done.
As stated earlier the RCZ is a pretty unknown car for US people. It is known in Europe as a great alternative to an Audi TT because it’s cheaper, better equipped and some say more stylish. Under the bonnet is a transverse-mounted 1.6l turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with 200-horsepower driving the front wheels. Sadly no four wheel drive on this one, as it would make it one perfect little car!
